Haein Kang is a Korean-born, Seattle-based artist. She has a background in both art practice and creative technology. Her work poetically engages with advanced technology to create a machine solely for beauty. She received Honorary Mention at Prix Ars Electronica. Her doctoral research is an artistic application of a non-invasive brain-computer interface. She is presenting her works in various venues, including ISEA, ICMC, IEEE-GEM, CODAME Art+Tech festival, and SIGGRAPH- Asia.
